Thing 7 Communication

E-mail does take up a lot of time but then lots of things are actually DONE via e-mail. As with everything one can always try to be more efficient. Our library provides IM reference so I have answered questions using IM. Our telephones will be going to VOIP this fall so it was interesting to read about that. We have been looking at doing reference with text messaging but haven't yet. I have attended many Minitex webinars.
