I did get to read the Library Tchnology Reports article. A colleague had printed out a paper copy. I'm looking forward to getting more patron interaction on our web site.
RSS is pretty easy to do. However, subscribing to the blogs wasn't as obvious because the atom feature isn't as clean as the orange RSS icon. While it is nice to have one place to go to find updates from your favorite web sites you still do have to GO somewhere. If I really want to know something I like to have it in my face - for example, using GovDelivery which brings updates to your e-mail.
